Role
Responsible for the visual identity of the channel, including creating the motion graphic intro and executing complex animations in After Effects. I also handled the initial edit assembly, compiling specific show clips to align with the script’s pacing.

Differences Between TV Rick and Comic Rock!
The Unluckiest Rick
The goal here was to visualize Rick’s tragic backstory by integrating text directly into the scene geometry instead of just slapping it on top. Used planar tracking to map neon typography onto environmental surfaces like the garage door so the text actually feels like it exists in the world. Rotoscoped character elements frame by frame to place text behind the subject, which instantly adds depth and makes the whole thing look way more polished. For the emotional layer, I designed custom VHS degradation and digital glitch effects to visually represent his fractured mental state. The idea was to make every visual choice reinforce the narrative, not just look cool for the sake of it.
Viral Content Strategy Edit
Made a tech-focused short-form video about AI tools. Goal was to turn intangible software concepts into physical 3D elements around the speaker for more authority and immersion.
Tools
After Effects for 3D tracking, UI animation, compositing. Premiere for narrative flow and audio.
Breakdown
3D Camera Tracking
Solved the camera movement so I could pin text and the OpenAI logo into the actual room. Graphics maintain perfect parallax as the camera moves, making them feel like real objects.
Background Replacement Rotoscoped the speaker to create depth. Composited a scrolling 3D grid of YouTube thumbnails behind him when the script mentions “800 million video ideas.”
Visualizes the data volume without covering the talent.
UI Animation Rebuilt the ChatGPT and YouTube interfaces from scratch using shape layers instead of screen recordings. Cleaner look, better timing, and I could highlight specific elements to match the voiceover.
Lighting Integration Added glow effects that match the room’s purple lighting so the floating logos actually feel like they belong there.
Mastering Video Editing
Turned a basic talking head into a fast-paced vertical edit. Goal was maximum retention through depth, motion graphics, and constant visual changes.
Tools
After Effects for the heavy stuff (roto, compositing, VFX, color grading). Premiere for assembly and sound
BreakdownDepth & Compositing
Used Rotobrush 3.0 to separate the subject so I could place text and graphics behind him. Gives it that 3D feel.
Motion Graphics
Tracked hand movements so UI elements feel connected to what he's doing. Custom easing on text animations to keep it punchy. "ROADMAP" text has a shatter effect synced to an impact sound.
Environment & Color Shifts Changed environments every few seconds to prevent fatigue. Keyframed color shifts (blue to red to yellow) to match emotional beats.
Visual Storytelling Didn't just caption, I visualized. Income mention = Stripe notifications. Choice mention = split-screen comparison. Every visual reinforces what's being said.
